    • We obtain prospective tenants for your approval.
    • Execute lease agreements subject to your approval.
    • Collect security deposits and rents into trust.
    • Deduct our fee (10%) monthly as rent is collected and forward proceeds to you.
    • Provide you with copies of all document action and statements including year end statements and 1099's.
    • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance subject to your approval of estimates of any costs over $100.
    • Deal exclusively with the tenants and advise you on relevant matters.
    • Post 3 day notices and coordinate with an eviction service if needed.
    • Inspect your property after each occupant.
    • Account to tenant for security deposit and ready your property to re-rent.
    • We handle your rental problems for you but also keep you informed.
    • There is an initial $100 processing fee.
