      b. Your check is sent promptly each week following each rental.
      c. In case of personal use, please notify us to avoid double booking.
    9. Besides rent and administrative cleaning fees, we collect security deposit from each tenant. We hope this will encourage caution and respect for your property.
    10. Provide you with copies of statements including year end statements and 1099's.
    11. We have a $100 sign up fee and our fee for a vacation rental is 30% of the rental amount.
