Bring your family or friends - there is plenty of room for up to 12 adults. Enjoy concerts in the Village, wine at Bin 189, fishing, a hike through the mountains - or simply some rest and relaxation in the fresh air. Sleeping Accommodations - There are 2 very large master suites - one with a fireplace, balcony and fantastic bath with dual showers and a spa tub, the other with a gorgeous view of the lake. The remaining two large bedrooms share a full bathroom and are set up for families with twin bunks in each room, a Queen bed in one and a California King in the other. Linens are included and a laundry room with utility sink is conveniently located upstairs. Entertaining - Downstairs is the perfect layout for entertaining. Complete with a large deck, family room (with fireplace), living room (with fireplace), large, well stocked kitchen and separate dining room, you won't be bumping into one another! A 1/2 bath is conveniently located on this level as well. The kitchen features an island gas cook top and vegetable sink, walk-in pantry, large side by side refrigerator (with a second refrigerator in the garage!), gas oven and separate electric roasting pan / chafing dishes which will accommodate up to a 24 lb turkey, service for 16, tons of counter space and most utensils and equipment you will need to feed a small army! The kitchen is also home to the computer so that book report can be done with Mom's supervision. The dining room doubles as a pool and dart room - removing the dining top to reveal a full size slate pool table. Use the dining top to easily accommodate 12 at the table. The kitchen breakfast counter accommodates another 3 and is the perfect height for children. The living room is outfitted with 2 large leather couches, 2 large leather rocking recliners, a fireplace, a flat 60" HD LED TV with PlayStation 3 and a selection of movies and video games for all ages, Wi-Fi access throughout the house. The family room is set up with a large leather couch and leather rocking recliner, books, games and puzzles. The large, fenced deck can be accessed from the living room, family room or one exterior staircase and is a great place for children and dogs to play with minimal supervision. The patio table seats 8 comfortably and the deck contains a gas grill for wonderful summertime BBQs. Children - For those travelling with small children, there is a crib and changing table in the main master suite, a pack & play which can be easily moved downstairs or to another bedroom and a highchair (located in the coat closet off the kitchen). Some children's toys, games, videos and puzzles can be found in the living and family rooms. Tons of parking - 1 space on the street, 2 places in the garage and 4 spaces on the driveway. Pets - your well behave pet is welcome with additional deposit. A large crate is in the living room and we ask that you confine your pet to the crate when no adults are in the house just so there is no temptation. We also ask that pets stay off the furniture (including the beds) because pet hair is difficult to get out of the bedding and not all of our guests love animals as much as we do. Please pick up after your pet. Fireplaces - all fireplaces are gas fireplaces - no need to bring wood or fire starters! In fact, nothing can be burned in the fireplaces because they are not rated for the high heat produced by a wood fire. Enjoy a lovely gas fire, but please do not burn anything in the fireplaces. Additional Features - the house is filled with wonderful filtered light through multiple windows and skylights. Two thermostats are controlled remotely and will be set before your arrival to insure a comfortable temperature. During the winter months, the bedrooms are each equipped with an additional space heater for those who prefer very toasty sleeping conditions. The house is also equipped with an automated water shut off near the garage door to the kitchen. Simply press the red button, set the timer for 10 minutes or more and all water to the house is turned off and all water lines drained.
